Nile&Dine started with recipes carried from Egypt and cooked the slow way — real baladi ghee, fresh produce, no shortcuts and no preservatives. Neighbours in Barrhaven started asking for "one of those trays" on their busiest nights, and a family kitchen became Ottawa’s Egyptian family table.
Today we feed singles, students, busy professionals, working parents and whole families — through everyday meals, weekly plans and full catering. Always halal. Always homemade to order.
